Test any surface what so ever, including any fabrics/clothing, but be more careful when you swipe the saturated sponge on the fabrics, not to press hard on the sponge because the fabric’s fibres will absorb the buffer fluid when swiping hard and so you will not have much buffer fluid to test.
Apply only a very light pressure touch on the sponge while swiping the suspect surfaces.

Test a suspicious tablet or crystal but if the rock or crystal is hard to break, proceed to swipe this material using the SURFACE TESTING method.

Test suspicious visible plant material that you think might be Marijuana.
Note that the sample must be small enough to fit into the container.
Please use only the leaves for testing. No stems or pips.
Use about 6 to 8 leaves and fit them into the collection tube.

Test suspicious powder or resin substance (paste-like substance) by using the spatula supplied in the kit. Make sure you have enough powder/resin stuck on the spatula after wiping.

Test urine or any suspicious looking liquid. You will need to get permission from the suspect before you can take any urine or any other bodily fluids from the suspect. Collect a sample of the urine or any other liquid/fluid into a container before you can commence the testing.

Test the saliva from a person you suspect. You will have to get permission from the person to take the sample. Use the sponge for about 3 minutes, to get enough saliva from the back of the person's mouth, between the gums and the inside of the cheek.
